Why Yoga? I’m glad you asked! We spend the majority of our lives on auto-pilot. Shoulders hunched looking down at our screens. Paired with the shallow breaths we unconsciously take that leave our bodies in a perpetual state of fight or flight.

Most of us aren’t given the tools to decompress & manage stress through movement and breath-work. Therefore, we end up being mastered by our emotions & unintentionally creating dis-ease in our vessels.

Yoga creates a safe space for you to connect with yourself on a deeper level through breath to breath, mindful movement. In turn, awarding you the ability to become the Master of your emotions.

The sacred practice of Yoga has gifted me the ability to go inward & find solace in my own body, mind and soul. To adequately manage stress & promote optimum mental well being.

Most importantly, Yoga taught me that everything I’ve ever searched for outside of myself already existed within.

It is only right to share this peace of mind with others while holding the purest intention of offering all who practice an improved quality of life.

My mission in teaching yoga is to provide access to mental & physical wellness through movement. I believe that yoga is for every body at every age & stage of their life. My intention is to shine a light in communities specifically where yoga studios aren’t present on every corner.

When offered as a form of preventative & alternative health, yoga is known to aid in stress-relief, mobility, & rehabilitation. This sacred practice can teach us things about ourselves during the challenges we face on our mats that we can take into the difficult times that we may encounter off of our mats.
